Wendy Wade, a highly accomplished and respected real estate professional with over 16 years of experience, leads this new office. Over the years, Wendy has built a reputation for excellence and success, first honing her skills in an administrative role before launching her own franchise eight years ago. She chose Margate as her base, recognising its appeal for those seeking a lifestyle of the properties in Southern Tasmania, with a local presence in the Kingborough, Channel and Huan Valley regions. Wendy’s deep understanding of the area and her proven track record make her the ideal leader to bring Stone’s distinctive approach to Southern Tasmania.
