Stone Real Estate has further cemented its presence across New South Wales with the announcement of its latest acquisition – two long-standing offices now joining the Stone network under the leadership of David Tanchevski, Principal of the Stone Real Estate Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Toukley & Hunter group.
Over the past seven years, David has successfully established seven offices, covering the largest geographical area within the Stone network — stretching from the Hunter Valley through to Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, and down to Toukley. This milestone reflects a considered and strategic approach to growth, ensuring quality service and strong local connections remain at the forefront.
As part of this latest move, respected industry figure Sean Redpath will join as a partner, bringing with him deep local knowledge and years of trusted experience. With the acquisition, David’s total rent roll now exceeds 2,500 managements, marking a significant achievement for the business and the region.
