What have you missed most during #stay at home?

Friends, nights out, going to the movies, or is it time to be really honest here and say, your local barista?

You’re not alone.

Even though we were officially allowed to head down the road and get our takeaway flat white fix, the reality of working from home, educating children at home, raised the need for easy access to really good coffee. Zoom meeting about to start? Pop into the kitchen and brew a quick cuppa.

Not for us the simple plunger, or a cup of Maxwell House- no, we wanted the full whizz bang espresso, giving us the experience of being in a cafe.

Making espresso at home has been around for a while. The Nespresso machine, or ones similar, providing easy pod style systems, have proven extremely popular in the domestic market.

But what if you want more? More crema? More performance? More flavour? Just, more.

This is where the Rocket zooms in.

According to Rocket Espresso– as the purchase demand for commercial machines from cafes dropped, they experienced an increase of 100% for private machines for home usage. One hundred percent-wow!

We are a nation of coffee lovers, helping make Australian cafes an $8 billion industry. We consume, on average, close to 2kg of coffee per person per year. That’s a whole lot of lattes!

The Rocket Espresso produces the finest espresso machines in the tradition of ‘Fatto a Mano’ translated to, ‘made by hand’. Their small team of craftsmen produce both premium domestic and commercial espresso machines, beautifully made with meticulous care and attention to detail.

More importantly, Rocket Espresso machines will deliver the finest espresso in the cup, time after time- and in your own home!

So for all of us who are still working from home, with the Rocket on our bench, we can now add “Barista” to our resume.
