Two street records broken, online auction action, and homes sold within 12 days of being on the market.

Street record broken – 1 Gertrude St, Balgowlah Heights

Tim Mumford and Tracy Black from Stone Manly sold this stunning P&O art deco home for $4.5 million!

The property known as ‘Namaka”, smashed the street record by $1.4million. With 76 buyer enquiries, over 20 private inspections, and 7 contracts issued, Tim and Tracy delivered this amazing result for their vendors in just 39 days!

 

 

Street record – 82 Yanko St, West Pymble $2,025,000

Over the course of the four week marketing campaign, managed by Rob Szosta of Stone Turramurra, this gorgeous family home had 41 private inspections with 18 contract requests.

Five bidders registered for the online auction with bidding starting at $1,700,000 increasing quickly to $1,900,000 before slowing down.

Passed in at auction, it was then sold just two and a half hours later through negotiations between the highest bidder and the under bidder.

This is a street record for Yanko Rd, West Pymble, a main thoroughfare from Ryde Road through to Turramurra, Wahroonga and Normanhurst, and the first time the $2,000,000 mark has been broken.

The successful buyer came from the Ryde area and was upsizing.
