Property Management Assistant - Stone Kempsey

ROLE

We are seeking a reliable, organised and proactive Property Management Assistant to support our Property Management team in delivering a high standard of service to landlords and tenants. This role plays a key part in the smooth running of daily operations and ensures our clients receive timely, accurate and professional support.

  • Prepare documentation including leases, renewal paperwork, inspection notices and routine correspondence.
  • Manage email inboxes, phone enquiries and appointments for the PM team.
  • Maintain up-to-date records across our CRM and compliance systems.
  • Assist with routine inspections, ingoings/outgoings, and report preparation.
  • Organise maintenance work orders, follow up trades, and ensure job completion.
  • Upload property advertisement content and update listings as required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with our brand values.

 

SKILLS

  • Previous experience in real estate or administration (desired but not essential).
  • Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and support the team.
  • Current driver’s licence.
