ROLE
We are looking for an organised and professional Front Desk Coordinator for our Stone Kempsey office to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
This role is central to creating a welcoming experience and ensuring the smooth execution of daily office operations.
You will support the sales and property management teams while maintaining a polished and efficient front office environment.
SKILLS
- Previous experience in reception, administration or customer service (real estate preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Professional presentation and a client-centred mindset.
- Demonstrates a collaborative approach, working effectively within a team environment
