Property Manager - Stone Cairns Beaches
ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our Stone Real Estate Cairns Beaches team in Smithfield, Cairns.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their skills and progress into a senior management role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing our residential portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct routine inspections, manage maintenance and repairs
- Handle lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
- Ensure compliance with QLD tenancy legislation and agency standards
- Utilise industry-standard property management software
SKILLS
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property management
- QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong working knowledge of QLD Residential Tenancies Act
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Current driver’s licence
