Concierge/Sales Administrator - Stone Five Dock

We are seeking a customer focussed Concierge / Sales Administrator who lives and breathes real estate, to work in our Stone office, located in Five Dock.

SKILLS

Your primary responsibilities will be to:
› Meet and greet all clients, both face to face and over the phone
› Answering all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
› Provide administrative support to the Sales Agents and Property Management team
› Be responsible for managing Sales and office Marketing, Compliance and Operations
› Manage all petty cash and end of month reconciliation/invoicing.
› Manage Office Banking
› Prepare outgoing mail for all staff
› Maintain and upkeep of office cleanliness and presentation (including stock ordering and kitchen cleanliness)
› Create and format documents and presentations
› Preparation of open home packs
› Manage all data into the CRM, (Agentbox)
› Other administrative support as required

You:
› Real Estate experience desired
› Certificate of Registration required, or willing to achieve
› Have strong administration skills with high attention to detail
› Are highly organised with excellent time management skills
› Have strong customer service skills and a positive “can do” attitude
› Possess clear communication skills and present professionally
› Are enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated
