The Role
› Property Portfolio Management, Coordination, Follow-up, Retention, Expansion
› New Property Managements, New Sign Ups and Renewed Leases
› Open for Inspections, Ingoings/Outgoings, Routines, Terminations and Vacates
› Arrears, Maintenance, Customer Care/Client Retention
Primary Deliverables
› Seamlessly managing the complete property management life cycle flow, proactively communicating with all key stakeholders throughout every stage of the entire process
› Consistently delivering exceptional time management efficiencies for effectiveness
› Achieving Six-Star Customer Service standards for high level Client Care
SKILLS
› Have experience managing a portfolio of residential properties
› A current certificate of registration and up-to date CPD points, and understanding of the relevant Acts
› Strong communication skills, verbal and written
› A current NSW Driver’s License
› Have exceptional organisational skills, and managing workflows and priorities
