Starting as an agent 15 years ago in the very office that now serves as the Macarthur Headquarters, Chris Philp has epitomised the essence of entrepreneurial success.

Philp’s success story is extraordinary; from a single-agent operation to the Principal of one office in Camden, he has now expanded to own a total of five offices across the Macarthur region. “The sheer scale of this expansion is not just business growth; it’s a transformation that has been guided by community needs, quality service, and a culture of excellence,” he added.

The new Macarthur Headquarters will incorporate eight new staff members and add 500 new managements, further cementing Stone Macarthur Group’s position in one of Australia’s fastest-growing regions.
