Stone Real Estate is proud to announce the launch of Stone Gold Coast, bringing together three well-established local offices under one unified banner. Directors Scott Kelly, Aydan Mullin and Scott Campbell are merging their respective Stone Burleigh Heads/Palm Beach, Stone Southport and Stone Carrara locations to create a stronger, more connected presence across the Coast.
Together, the directors and their teams bring more than 100 years of combined local real estate experience, backed by deep community ties and a shared commitment to delivering a smarter, more client-focused property experience.
Stone Gold Coast will work closely alongside Shane Evans and the team at Stone Coomera, further strengthening Stone’s presence across the region and supporting clients through a seamless network that connects key Gold Coast markets.
Collectively, the Stone team across the Gold Coast has sold close to 1,000 local properties, reflecting strong results, proven local knowledge and a track record built on trust.

Managing Director Scott Kelly said, “Mergers can be complex at the best of times and, without fundamental alignment, particularly around culture, they simply don’t work. When it comes to culture, I’m fortunate to have partnered with Aydan and Scott as fellow Directors who I have known for a long time. Each of us shares a united growth mindset and a common ambition to continue building a high-performance environment. We’re also proud to share these values with our current team members and those who will soon be joining us.”
Fellow Directors Aydan Mullin and Scott Campbell also commented. Mr Mullin, regarded as one of the premier agents and sales leaders on the Gold Coast, said, “Since our unofficial merge date three months ago, our sales have organically grown by 25% compared to our base level, which already vindicates our future growth path.” Scott Campbell, a 25-year local industry leader, added, “By uniting as Stone Gold Coast, we’re creating a more connected service across the region and leveraging our combined resources to deliver a clear point of difference through our business model and the way we operate locally. This is already evident in our organic growth in properties under management, with a 32% uplift over the past three months.”
Head of Franchise Luke Cameron said, “It’s amazing to see the collaboration of three already successful businesses coming together under one banner. Stone Gold Coast is a strong step forward for the brand locally and, most importantly, for clients, as it strengthens the service offering and further elevates the Gold Coast market through aligned teams, shared resources and a unified approach.”
The move reinforces Stone’s commitment to local expertise, backed by a broader network and best-practice systems that support consistent delivery. Under the Stone Gold Coast banner, the unified team will continue to provide tailored strategy, strong marketing execution and a high-touch approach to customer service.
