Time out with the Women of Stone
We have amazing women in Stone, working in all different areas; sales agents, property managers, owners, concierges- all playing their part in the success of the business.
Our Stone Women Events are a chance for us all to catch up, share ideas, stories, encourage and inspire each other.
Last week, Peter and Louise Mumford, the founder and CEO of Stone, hosted our event at their home in Bayview. We had women from the Hunter Valley, Newcastle, Five Dock, Manly, Dee Why, Mosman, and even Albury/Wodonga!
Peter, Jamie Bennett (Stone’s G.M) and David Tanchevski (owner of Hunter Valley and Newcastle) looked after us all with Martinis, champagne and delicious canapés. David was also “Chauffeur Extraordinaire” hiring a mini bus and driving all the Hunter Valley/ Newcastle women to Bayview and back- what a beautiful effort!
Not only is it a night of connecting with each other, but a night of inspiration and learning as well.
Maria Nicola and Karen Hall joined us as our guest speakers.
Maria is a jewellery designer and appeared on Shark Tank last year. She shared with us her journey of launching a successful business and creating an impressive online marketing presence.
Karen Hall is the founder of “101 things”, a digital marketing company. With over 20 years experience, including running marketing teams for Westpac and Virgin Money, she gave us all some great insight into building our personal brand.
It was such a fantastic evening and we would like to give a special thanks to Maria and Karen, and the men who looked after us all!
