Have known Steven for many years as he is constantly door knocking in the area, I dont think any other agent could possibly know more about the area than Steven simply due to the effort he puts in around the area, I was not going with any other agent. Steve was in constant communication with us the whole time and sold our property for the price we wanted in 4 days. ( didnt even make it to first open home )
After signing he was still in contact constantly letting us know what was happening and also supporting us with advise on another property we were looking at. I can not recommend Steve enough he was perfect from the time we first spoke until he dropped off a congratulatory gift at the end of it all.
I will definitely call in Steve when it comes time for myself or any of my friends to sell a property.
