"There will be so many things we miss about our home, and you can bet that without the need to upsize, we'd never want to leave it! The memories we created while hosting afternoon tea (or afternoon wine and cheese) in the apartment will always been special, and we'll never forget the beautiful sunlight on the balcony from the northerly aspect. The Puddle Café in the complex is fantastic for coffee, and we'd enjoy our Saturday morning crumpets there when we could. Having a large kitchen with great storage has been fantastic. You'd be surprised how much stuff you can hide away in there! The location of this home is so convenient too, with us being able to catch the tram to and from date nights in the city and Dickson without having to worry about parking or who will drive home. Being able to duck to Woolworths for last minute dinner decisions or to grab missing ingredients was also a godsend. We have enjoyed going for walks around the many franklin parks and ponds in the afternoon, and we hope that the lucky new owner of this home will get to enjoy all of these things too."
