"30 Mornington has truly been a special place for us, and there are so many reasons why we will miss it as our home.

One of the things we will miss most is the new soft carpet that feels so comfortable to walk on. It has been a great place for our family to gather for board games and movie nights, and we will definitely miss the cozy feeling it brings to the home.

The convenience of having so many shops and amenities close by has also been a major plus. We have loved being able to walk or bike to the supermarket, chemist, cafes, and restaurants, and the location has also been perfect for accessing schools, playgrounds, ovals and Yerrabi pond.

Having both a living area downstairs and upstairs has provided us with plenty of space to spread out and relax, and the roomie bedrooms have allowed us to have a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep.
