Every little bit counts when it comes to saving our planet.

As thousands of school children across Australia prepare to walk out of the classroom this Friday and make a stand for action on the climate crisis, we look at what each and everyone of us can do to help make a difference.

It’s not just the big changes that will save our planet, but millions of people all making tiny changes will make a difference too.

Strike for climate change is an initiative created by Greta Thunberg, a Swedish environmental activist who is credited with raising global awareness of the risks posed by global warming/climate change, and with holding politicians to account for their lack of action on the climate crisis.

The global mass day of action will take place on Friday 20 September, three days before the United Nations climate summit in New York.

As we all become more aware of the dangers facing our planet, it is so important for each and everyone us to do our bit.

Solar panels and bee hotels aren’t the only ways to help us adopt more eco- friendly practices.

We found this great poster from UK based magazine, “Good To Be Home” that shows a plethora of easy- and fun- ways to conserve energy.

Here are 50 changes we can make in our homes that can help save the biggest home of all- Earth.
