Robs career began in 1983 managing a large Rental portfolio and progressed to becoming a fully Licenced Estate Agent all whilst inspiring stronger operations within the Commercial and Property Sales, Property Management and DLT Owners Corporation departments.  Demonstrating hard work Rob has also engaged actively as a past Director of DHL Stateplan Finance and Broking Services, past president of the REIV in Ballarat and is a current director of W&D Finance Limited, plus outside of work a very dedicated life member of the Wendouree Cricket Club.
