Warm, approachable, and a true local, Samantha Chea is the kind of person both landlords and tenants feel instantly at ease with. As a Property Officer supporting Rebecca David, Samantha plays a key role in keeping tenancies running smoothly – helping landlords make the most of their investment while ensuring tenants feel safe, supported, and right at home.

With 15 years of customer service experience in the insurance industry, Samantha brings excellent communication skills, a solutions-focused mindset, and a genuine passion for helping people. She’s known for getting the job done with a smile and making sure everyone she works with feels heard and cared for.

A proud Macarthur local since 1999, Samantha is now raising her own family in the area she knows and loves. There’s nothing she enjoys more than helping others feel at home here too.

Outside of work, you’ll find her unwinding in the kitchen or spending quality time with family. She’s proud to be part of a team known for treating clients with care, professionalism, and heart – and for giving back to the local community in meaningful ways.
