Tanya Wickham

With a decade of industry experience, Tanya’s a knowledgeable and dedicated Senior Property Manager who’s there to help with all investment property and rental needs. Putting great effort into forging strong relationships with landlords and tenants, she’s proud to make a difference in their lives and loves it when they keep in touch.

Tanya’s previous role working in sales for a project home builder saw her dealing with contracts, council plans and tradespeople. This experience is invaluable when helping clients maintain and enhance their investment properties, ensuring happy tenants, optimum rental returns and maximum price for any possible future sale. She enjoys the challenge of renovations and improvements, providing astute advice so that clients can make informed decisions.

Having travelled extensively, Tanya’s developed a love of experiencing new cultures, however she will always call Macarthur home. As a local of two decades who’s worked right across the region, she’s passionate about the area and all it has to offer, enjoying being out of the city yet still within reach of everything. With her in-depth knowledge of the region, Tanya thrives on finding the right property for families looking to make their home here.

The Stone Macarthur Community Fund puts aside part of every sale or lease to support local charities and initiatives.
