Chris Mayles

Chris Mayles, our indomitable Accounts Manager/Licensed Real Estate Agent for Team Booty, is key to keeping our office on an even keel with grace and charm, and her ever-ready smile.

Her responsibilities encompass many aspects of our business while her remarkable range of organisational skills keep our team running smoothly. Her real joy, though, comes from watching families move into the next chapter of their lives, enabled by our award-winning team. Chris draws on her knowledge of real estate, and her previous careers in IT and hospitality management, to support office team members and offer guidance and her welcome words of wisdom. Her help works both ways, and Chris enjoys the support and encouragement she receives from our team.

Since September 2001, Chris has taken great pleasure not only in supporting Jane Booty and Tony Didd, but also, ensuring that each member of staff is able to perform to the best of his or her individual abilities.

With 17 years in real estate under her belt, 15 of those in The Hills Shire, Chris has an extensive knowledge of the area, of the diversity of residents and broad range of housing stock. She appreciates the strong community and family focus of The Hills, and takes delight in the annual festivals and events on offer.

Amongst her numerous accolades and a multitude of awards achieved over the time Chris has been at the helm, the award that gave her the greatest gratification was the one granted for the office that has exceeded in all areas of an extensive range of differing categories. This award is not given annually; it is presented only on the rare occasion that an office is deemed to have excelled. Winning this award is true testament to Chris’s managerial abilities and guidance.

When she isn’t guiding our team and keeping the office on track, Chris enjoys golf, gardening and her family, particularly her grandchildren.
