Murray Hudd is an Asset Manager at Stone Commercial Inner West, bringing a well-rounded background across residential property management, sales and commercial real estate.

With experience spanning property management, client relationships, prospecting, buyer management, inspections, sales campaigns and vendor communication, Murray has developed a broad understanding of the property industry and the importance of delivering a high level of service.

In his role at Stone Commercial Inner West, Murray manages commercial properties and supports the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio. His responsibilities include maintaining strong owner and tenant relationships, conducting inspections, coordinating maintenance and assisting with broader asset management matters.

Known for being reliable, organised and approachable, Murray places a strong emphasis on clear communication and building long-term relationships. He takes a hands-on approach to understanding each property’s needs and works closely with owners and tenants to support their objectives.

Murray began his real estate career in residential property management before moving into residential sales and subsequently transitioning into commercial property. This varied experience has given him valuable insight into the operational, relationship and transactional sides of real estate.

Drawn to the Inner West for its diverse mix of businesses, property types and established communities, Murray enjoys the variety of the commercial market and the opportunity to develop lasting relationships with local owners, investors and businesses.

Outside of real estate, Murray has a strong interest in sport and fitness and is involved with Sydney University Rugby Club. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
