Providing coaching and support to the principals and managers across the extensive Stone Real Estate network, Michael Conolly has exceptional knowledge and experience managing and working with some of the largest property management portfolios nationwide over more than three decades.

As one of the country’s most respected experts in his field, Michael has a broad background in residential, commercial and business management. He has honed his leadership prowess in roles including state manager of multi-billion-dollar asset portfolios and general manager of one of the most profitable portfolios in the country. Over the course of his career he has been a presenter and panelist at many industry events and has appeared in the media extensively as an industry authority.

Michael’s proven track record of success enables him to help agency heads take their businesses to the next level and beyond, as well as coach and train the next generation of industry innovators. When Michael started with his previous company, the network managed 8000 properties and he was instrumental in growing that to more than 34,000.
