Casey works alongside the energetic team of Investment Managers and administrative staff, a role she enjoys because “we all work very well together, we all get along and communicate well, which makes everything run smoothly.” Being able to provide top service to property owners brings her great satisfaction. “I’ve been here a long time, so I know the area very well and have a good relationship with my owners,” says Casey. “Everyone is different, so I think it’s important to build a good relationship,” she says.
As Head of Property Management, Casey oversees our substantial Property Management Department ensuring the team focuses on six star service for our valued clientele. Being an owner of property in Neutral Bay herself gives her an insight into the needs of landlords in the area. Always with a close eye on the local market, and doing extensive research, she is perfectly placed to respond to changing market conditions when reviewing rents.
