Tayla Howell

Tayla is a friendly and organised member of the Stone Real Estate Gungahlin team, bringing a positive attitude and strong customer service focus to her role as Receptionist and Administration.

As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, Tayla plays an important role in creating a welcoming and professional environment within the office. She supports both the Sales and Property Management teams by coordinating appointments, managing enquiries and assisting with the day to day administrative tasks that help keep the office running smoothly.

With over five years of customer service experience, Tayla has developed strong communication, organisation and problem solving skills. These qualities allow her to provide reliable support to both clients and colleagues while ensuring every interaction with the office is handled with care and professionalism.

Originally from Sydney, Tayla recently relocated to Canberra and has quickly grown to appreciate the strong sense of community in the area, along with the balance of lifestyle, green spaces and city convenience that the region offers.

Currently completing a Diploma in Psychological Science, Tayla continues to strengthen her communication skills and understanding of working with people from all backgrounds.

Outside of the office, Tayla enjoys spending time with friends and family, continuing her studies and exploring new places around Canberra. Her approachable nature and strong attention to detail make her a valued member of the Stone Gungahlin team.
