What People Are Saying About Alexandra Diktakis
“Alex was exceptional throughout the entire process and we couldn’t have been happier with how she handled our sale. Her calm and friendly communication, care and attention to detail made the process as smooth as possible. An absolute pro!”
“Alex was amazing. She is an authentic, down to earth human being who you can trust to take the stress out of buying and selling. We bought our home from Alex 6yrs ago, and didn’t hesitate to seek her out again to sell it for us. We sold in less than 2wks, and she worked hard to achieve the price we were looking for. If you’re looking for an experienced and skilled agent, you can trust – go with Alex.”
This is my 2nd interaction with Alex. She sold me the house 16yrs ago, and I was impressed with her friendly, professional nature. She has impeccable negotiation skills, a great sales strategy, and she achieved and excellent price and quick sale for us. There were 35 groups to the negotiation skills of Team Diktakis, Alexandra and Sarah. Thank you!!!
“I have known Alexandra for almost 2 decades. She is very professional, extremely honest and absolutely wonderful. We have had the pleasure of doing all our real estate needs through Alex. She has sold few properties for us and she made every one of them such a breeze. She is an excellent negotiator with a very personalised touch. Her 9pm phone calls with an update, is a great example of how much she truly goes above and beyond. We highly recommend Alex – she never disappoints. If there was such a thing as 10 stars rating, I would gladly give her that.”
