Rebecca Carlson

With a real estate career spanning three decades, Rebecca brings extensive industry knowledge, leadership experience and a genuine passion for property management to her role as Head of Property Management at Stone Real Estate Illawarra.

Having worked across almost every facet of the industry since beginning her career in 1996, Rebecca has progressed through roles in reception, administration, property management, finance and HR. This broad experience has given her an invaluable understanding of what it takes to build and lead a successful property management department.

Today, Rebecca is focused on overseeing the performance and day-to-day operations of Stone Illawarra’s Property Management Department. A key part of her role is supporting, mentoring and developing her team, ensuring they have the knowledge, systems and guidance they need to deliver an exceptional level of service to both investors and tenants.

Highly organised and solutions-focused, Rebecca is continually looking for ways to improve processes, strengthen communication and create greater efficiencies across the department. She also provides support with complex property management matters, client relationships, compliance and legislation, while ensuring the team maintains consistently high standards.

As a long-time Illawarra local, Rebecca has an extensive understanding of the region and is proud to be part of a business that places such a strong emphasis on its people and clients. She particularly enjoys seeing her team develop and succeed and takes great pride in creating a supportive, positive and high-performing property management department.
