Tahlia is passionate about all aspects of real estate, loves viewing beautiful homes across the Illawarra and gets immense satisfaction from helping make clients’ dreams their reality. Possessing the meticulous attention to detail that’s required by a high-performing team, she enhances vendors’ and buyers’ experience by ensuring a smooth journey from start to finish. She believes that having the correct processes in place will eliminate any concerns and that building trust and strong working relationships is integral to every transaction. 

Before following her ambitions into sales, Tahlia spent five years as both a Conveyancing Clerk and a Strata Manager, giving her a solid foundation and the ability to review strata reports and look over budgets and minutes on behalf of clients. She’s able to confidently exchange contracts for sale, request strata reports and prepare conditions to be included within the contract while assertively managing vendors and buyers.

Tahlia was delighted to join the Stone Real Estate Illawarra family as Assistant Agent to accomplished local sales specialist Sarah Ward, where she enjoys the morale, the support and way the team treats both clients and staff.
