Codie Baker

Codie Baker is a valued member of the Administration team at Stone Real Estate, where she plays an important role in supporting both the sales and property management departments. From answering office phones to assisting the wider team and ensuring the office remains welcoming and professional, Codie is known for her positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

Having lived in the local area her whole life, Codie has a genuine connection to the community and a strong appreciation for everything it offers. She loves the natural beauty of the beaches, lake, and surrounding environment, and values the warm, welcoming people who make the area such a special place to live and work.

With 15 months of experience in real estate, Codie enjoys learning about people’s stories and helping them begin exciting new chapters in their lives. She is currently  working towards obtaining her real estate licence, building on her existing Certificate of Registration.

Codie chose to join Stone Real Estate because she saw it as the perfect stepping stone into the industry, and she appreciates the supportive and friendly workplace culture where everyone is always happy to lend a hand.

Known for being kind, respectful, and approachable, Codie hopes to be recognised in the marketplace as someone people can always rely on for help and support. Outside of work, she enjoys art, nature, and shopping, and loves being part of a vibrant local community she has always called home.
