 Establishing new relationships while nurturing connections with existing clients, Kerrie is instrumental in growing the property management department through clever marketing strategies, referrals and rapport building. She intimately understands the importance of having your investment managed efficiently and enjoys helping clients achieve their investment goals through intelligent property management. A life-long Lake Macquarie local, she loves having the opportunity to see how people showcase their homes and experience their creativity.  

 As a former business owner who followed her passion into real estate in 2015, all of Kerrie’s roles to date have been customer serviced focused. Her broad property background includes positions from sales assistant and business systems operator to property manager and senior property manager, giving her a well-rounded insight that helps her navigate the constant changes in the market.
