Kourtney Garrety

An approachable, informed and high-energy professional, Kourtney is entirely focused on her vendors and buyers, showing genuine care for their individual circumstances and aspirations.

As a lifelong Macarthur local, she’s inspired by the rapid pace of growth, particularly from the medical and legal sectors, which is drawing a diverse variety of people to the area and fuelling a transformation.

She makes it her business to research the region’s new developments and infrastructure, enabling her to assist clients in making informed decisions.

Kourtney gets great pleasure from helping people find their dream home and grow their investment portfolios, feeling honoured to be part of such an important and life-changing process.

With previous experience in property management and business development management before following her chosen path into sales, she has a well-rounded real estate knowledge.

It was the close-knit family environment of Stone Real Estate Macarthur that attracted Kourtney to the agency, where she’s thriving amid the supportive, progressive culture working alongside a team of professionals she greatly admires.

The Stone Macarthur Community Fund puts aside part of every sale or lease to support local charities and initiatives.
