Rachael Bartolone has stepped into our Property Management team in the Field Team— bringing her trademark positivity, organisation, and genuine care for people to a role that’s all about keeping things running smoothly.

With a strong background in customer service, administration, and front-of-house support, Rachael already understands what great communication and client experience look like. She’s calm under pressure, quick to learn, and naturally builds rapport with both landlords and tenants.

Rachael supports routine inspections, assists with open homes, coordinates maintenance, and keeps our team organised behind the scenes. Her attention to detail and friendly, approachable nature make her a perfect fit for our fast-paced PM environment.

Rachael brings a strong customer service background across insurance, hospitality, and administration, giving her a natural ability to connect with people and keep things running smoothly.

Caring, reliable, and always willing to go the extra mile, Rachael is a welcome addition to our Property Management team — and our clients will love working with her.

Living locally for more than 20 years, Rachael loves being part of a community-focused area filled with families, first-home buyers, and people building their future here. She enjoys the pace and variety real estate offers and takes pride in creating a positive experience for everyone she works with.

Outside the office, you’ll find her spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, walking her dogs, and tapping into her love of home styling and design.
