The process of selling an asset such as a valuable piece of real estate comes with significant angst. The key questions in our mind were pitching st the right market price, being able to sway tenants to allow access during open house and finally securing a buyer and consummating the deal. Our experience with Greg Duce was that he ticked all of the boxes and identified buyers well in advance as well as during the open house days. An individual who immediately presents as a friendly person with a genuine interest to get the job done. We particularly liked Greg’s early market research and confidence that we would sell in a reasonable time frame.
