Eric Chi

With over a decade heavily involved on an International level with trade negotiation, extensive interior renovation and restoration experience in Australia, Eric offers a multitude of skills on every level dealing with property and high-level client management.  His greatest point of difference and advantage is his extensive negotiation skills, which have been honed across a global platform, exclusively managing and dealing with high-net-worth Chinese buyers and sellers.  The leverage across these networks is second to none and fluency in Mandarin is a huge advantage which sets Eric apart from the local agents across the Lower North Shore.  A real pleasure to have Eric join our team and we welcome joint successes ahead.
