Andrew Thomas

Andrew Thomas began his Real Estate Agency career in the UK in 1983 and has had over 40 years’ experience in the Property Market. Has held his Australian Real Estate License Class 1 for 29 years.  He has also owned two Real Estate Companies in the UK which he sold, in order to move to Australia. Andrew was the principal of Cremorne First National for 19 years before joining forces with STONE to expand the business.

He has had experience selling a wide range of properties in both Australia and the UK including negotiation and sales of development sites, sales of developments off-plan & land on the Lower North Shore and Sydney suburbs. He has been involved with Industrial, Commercial properties, Residential Sales & Property Management.  He also consults with developers and their teams to provide specialist advice across the full project lifecycle, from site acquisition, planning & design to branding, marketing, launch, and final sell-out.

In addition to his project work, Andrew is actively involved in the marketing and sale of established and existing properties, including houses, apartments, semis, and boutique holdings, applying the same level of expertise to every campaign.

 He has lived in Mosman for 26 years and has earned a reputation as an industry leader, dynamic, innovative, and progressive agent, acknowledged for his ability to consistently deliver the highest level of quality service and support to a huge range of clients to make informed decisions on their sale and advice on ongoing purchase.
