Andrew Thomas

Andrew began his Real Estate Agency career in the UK in 1983 and has had over 35 years’ experience in the Property Market. In 1996 he gained a Diploma in Management Studies issued by the Institution of Supervisory Management (UK) and has held his Australian Real Estate license for 25 years.

He has established a reputation as a professional market expert and has had experience selling a wide range of properties in both Australia and the UK including new development sites, sales of developments off-plan & land on the Lower North Shore and Sydney suburbs. He has been involved with Residential Sales, Property Management and Industrial Commercial properties. He has also owned his own Real Estate Company in the UK which he sold in order to move to Australia. Andrew was the principal of Cremorne First National for 19 years before joining forces with Century 21 Mosman to expand the business.

Andrew continues his professional qualifications & development by attending a diverse and leading-edge range of courses to further his knowledge and experience in property development, marketing, auction and sale of properties in Cremorne, Mosman, Neutral Bay, Lower North Shore and the Northern Beaches.

His negotiation skills and proven strategies have shown to be exceptional and of the highest calibre and he is proud to have been the agent of choice delivering an impressive track record of results for his many clients. He is very enthusiastic and gets great satisfaction from marketing and selling real estate, while always demonstrating a strong commitment to his Vendors and a willingness to act in their best interests at all times.

He is interested in a wide variety of sports but his achievements include competing in multiple Ironman events in Australia and overseas, Can4Cancer cycling events, Oxfam fundraiser 100kmTrailwalker, Wild Endurance fundraiser 100km Blue Mountains and playing squash at State 1 level NSW. He also enjoys cycling, running marathons, golf and lives locally with his wife whom he has been married to for 32 years and has 3 children and a chocolate labrador.
