Emily Banks

As Concierge and Front Desk Receptionist at Stone, Emily is often the first point of contact for clients and visitors — ensuring every interaction is friendly, professional, and welcoming. Emily’s role involves managing office duties, assisting with enquiries, and supporting the Property Management team to keep everything running smoothly.

Before joining Stone, Emily worked at McDonald’s as a Department Manager for over five years, where she developed strong leadership, customer service, and organisational skills. Emily also holds a Certificate III in Retail, which has further strengthened her ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Having lived in Elermore Vale for the past 15 years, Emily knows and loves the local area and community. Outside of work, Emily enjoys playing softball with her team and spending time with her puppy.

Emily chose to join Stone because of the supportive, welcoming culture and the opportunity to grow and develop her skills within the real estate industry.
