Teresa Bruce

As Principal of Stone Real Estate North Lakes/Kallangur, Teresa takes on the dual responsibilities of Business Operations and Head of Property Management. She adheres to the adage of treating people as she’d like to be treated, bringing honesty and integrity to her role.

Understanding that kindness and empathy go a long way, Teresa believes that exceptional customer service and communication are vitally important in ensuring that clients’ experiences are positive and rewarding. Rising to all the challenges her job presents, she embraces the opportunity to constantly grow, learn something new each day, meet new people and build strong relationships with them.  

Having spent 15 years as a medical scientist before following her passion into property, Teresa feels that the skills she developed in her previous career are particularly adaptable to real estate, namely attention to detail, problem solving skills and persistence.

As lifelong local, Teresa enjoys the area’s family friendly atmosphere, great lifestyle and proximity to everything. A proud mother of two, she chose to be part of the Stone network as it’s a boutique brand that aligns with her values. She loves the culture and loves her team who are like family.
