Chloe Hurley

As a second-generation real estate professional, property is in Chloe Hurley’s blood. Passionate and experienced, she started out in the industry in 2002 on reception while still at school before working her way up to a selling role. Such was her enthusiasm for the industry that Chloe was named Rookie of the Year in her former franchise in her first year of sales. 

As Executive Assistant to Principal Adam Denina, Chloe is an integral part of a close-knit, successful team. She considers herself a bit of a Jack of all trades when it comes to real estate, meaning she can deal with most issues easily and is able to go that extra mile for both buyers and vendors.

Chloe loves that the Parramatta area is rapidly changing and very up-and-coming. She’s thrilled to work with such a diverse range of people, with no two days ever the same, keeping her role interesting. She particularly enjoys dealing with first home buyers for the sheer excitement levels.
