Sarah Tanti is a Development Site Specialist within the New Projects Team at Stone Real Estate, working closely with property owners, investors and developers to unlock the full potential of residential development sites.

With over 20 years’ experience across Sydney’s premium residential markets, Sarah brings a rare combination of commercial insight, hands-on property expertise and relationship-driven advisory. Her career spans business development, end-to-end property management, large-scale residential assets, and high-value project coordination, giving her a deeply practical understanding of feasibility, risk, and real-world delivery.

In her current role, Sarah advises on early-stage site feasibility, assisting clients to assess development potential, market positioning, and strategic pathways from acquisition through to execution. She works collaboratively with developers, consultants and internal project teams to ensure informed decision-making, clear communication, and commercially sound outcomes.
