Max Ma

As Partner, Licensed Real Estate Agent and Director of Property Management, Max Ma is an accomplished sales and property management expert who is instrumental in guiding and upholding the progressive corporate culture of Stone Real Estate Lindfield.

Managing one of the area’s largest land-banking client databases, he’s vastly knowledgeable when it comes to development sites and new builds. After more than a decade of experience in the industry, he’s able to deftly assist clients in building their wealth through astute strategies, providing intelligent investment ideas on a unique scale.

Recently Max has marketed numerous significant DA landholdings, including a $28m site in Turramurra, a $20m site in Lindfield and a $17m site in Gordon as well as prominent new builds in Lindfield and Killara. He’s also transacted a number of notable knock-down-rebuild properties throughout the Upper North Shore.

With a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University to his name, Max is a proud long-time North Shore resident and an award-winning agent who was named AREA Property Manager of the Year in 2018.
