Australia’s fastest-growing real estate network to capitalise on market strength in Sydney’s north shore suburb of Crows Nest with a new office and a relocation of its New Projects division.

Boutique real estate firm Stone Real Estate has added a Crows Nest office to its repertoire, capitalising on fast-growing momentum across Australia. Despite the real estate market slowing, Stone Real Estate continues to open more offices and see significant growth. The Crows Nest office joins McMahons Point, Willoughby and Mosman/Neutral Bay offices along Sydney’s Lower North Shore, in some of the most desirable and sought after suburbs in the state.

Crows Nest, five kilometres north of the Sydney central business district, yields significant buying power for the Stone team, with median house prices over $2.7 million. The office is an amalgamation of Raine and Horne HM Group, which has serviced the Lower North Shore area for 34 years; alongside existing Stone Franchisee, Marshall Cobb.

Group CEO Marshall Cobb has assembled one of the largest and most experienced sales and property management teams on the Lower North Shore, helmed by Principals David Hill, Hugh Macfarlan, Cassandra Macfarlan and Scott Dolce.

Cobb said: “Stone Crows Nest is a super-sized business of more than 30 staff across its Sales and Property Management businesses and will operate over 2 levels at 99 Alexander Street, servicing the suburbs of Crows Nest, St Leonards, Artarmon, Naremburn, Cammeray and Northbridge.”

“Operating a profitable, successful and customer centric business requires scale, and we have certainly achieved that with Stone Crows Nest,” Cobb added.

“We have designed our business as a full-service hub for our agents, where we manage all the administrative tasks and free up the sales team to focus on providing exceptional service to their clients.”

Stone Crows Nest Principals David Hill, Hugh Macfarlan and Cassandra Macfarlan, having previously been at R&H, have “established great connections with the community” and are  “excited to join the fastest growing real estate network in the country, with the opportunity to use Stone’s leading industry technology in order to provide a better service to existing and future Sales and Property Management clients.”

Scott Dolce heads the Property Management growth team having himself being one of the North Shores top performing Business Development Managers for many years running, and having more recent experience in a technology start up.

Stone Real Estate Head Of Franchise, Luke Cameron, said: “The high performance culture at Stone is evident to the extremely high calibre of agents across the team, and this latest location is no exception.

“With their years of diverse experience, enthusiasm and talent, combined with a mantra of honesty and transparency, Marshall, David, Hugh, Cassandra and Scott exude a sense of confidence that inspires trust and confidence from their clients. We are very excited to have the team join and lead the Stone Crows Nest operation and to see the expansion of Stone New Projects.”

Stone New Projects relocation to Crows Nest will really boost its already strong project marketing service to local developers and purchasers. With projects right across Sydney this new location is right in the heart of an extremely active marketplace.
