As a Licensed Real Estate Agent and JP at Stone Southern Highlands, Carsten brings more than 30 years of local knowledge to every transaction, having lived across Bowral, Burradoo and Berrima and personally renovated nine homes of his own. A natural fit for the Highlands, he’s drawn to its relaxed pace and close-knit community, and has built an extensive local network through his ties to soccer and cycling clubs, Rotary and years living and working in the area.

Before turning to real estate in 2020, Carsten built a varied career across international trading and construction, giving him a sharp eye for negotiation and a grounded, practical understanding of property. In his five and a half years as an agent, he has helped more than 150 vendors and buyers achieve their goals, including the off-market sale of the highest-priced property in his previous agency’s history at $11.5 million.
