Tiffany Potente works in Operations at Stone Real Estate Yamba | Maclean | Iluka, helping ensure the day-to-day running of the business is smooth, organised and client-focused. With a fresh, honest approach and a practical, hands-on mindset, Tiffany supports the team behind the scenes so agents and clients can move through each step of the process with clarity and confidence.

A third-generation local who grew up in Maclean and now lives in Iluka, Tiffany brings genuine local understanding and strong community ties. She has spent the past two years learning the business from the ground up and is now stepping into a more front-facing operations role, continuing to build her skills through on-the-job development and ongoing training.

Before real estate, Tiffany worked across cleaning and maintenance, dental assisting and hospitality, building a strong foundation in service, reliability and attention to detail. She’s passionate about helping people get where they need to be, and takes pride in contributing to a local, family-driven business that values great service and strong relationships. Outside of work, Tiffany is busy with her three children at local schools, is actively involved with the local Bobcats soccer club, and enjoys arts and crafts, beach time and wine tasting.
