Our Head of Auctions and Training, Peter Malouf states that, “With a record number of properties going to auction tomorrow, it will inevitably be the case of more buyers than properties for sale, resulting in the familiar Sydney story of greater demand than supply. Interest rates are clearly very appealing to would be home owners and investors with buyer demand strong across most segments.”
