Are properties still selling?

Yes. Our network has seen many homes sold over the past two weeks and a large percentage within a very short time frame.

How can I get a property appraisal?

We are still able to come to your home and conduct the appraisal, or alternatively you can send through a video walk through of your property and send through to us.

Your selected Stone agent will summarise their findings and provide you with a comprehensive report on the local market along with a suggested price guide for your property based on the current market conditions.

How will my property be marketed?

We will work with you to create a customised marketing strategy, within the boundaries of the current regulations.

We will initially utilise our database, social media platforms, our website, and industry portals such as realestate.com and domain.com.

Utilising our unique VR technology, furnish, and kitchen styling tools will further deliver the tools necessary to ensure your home achieves maximum exposure and impact.

How can buyers view my property?

Stone are in an enviable position with regard to alternative options for open home inspections.

In addition to one-on-one inspections and a walk through video of your home, Stone can also give buyers and vendors the opportunity to list and view homes virtually with our range of interactive tools, in particular Photo Panorama VR.

Some of the benefits of using this VR to help make selling and buying a home safer and easier are:

Can I still sell my property via auction?

Yes, auctions are still a method of sale during the coronavirus period, although they are now completely on line, allowing buyers the opportunity to watch, register, bid, buy and exchange on live property auctions from the comfort and safety of their own home.

Can I still sell my property through private treaty?
