With 16 years of real estate experience, Tegan Ashman brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and integrity to her role as Head of Property Management at Stone Real Estate. Licensed and highly experienced, Tegan began her career in 2009 as a receptionist before progressing through roles including Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, and Business Development Manager. In 2020, she proudly stepped into her current leadership position.

Tegan’s role involves overseeing daily operations, mentoring her team, managing compliance, and driving performance and service standards. Her hands-on leadership style and dedication to a safe, supportive team environment set her apart. She thrives on guiding staff development and building lasting relationships with clients through transparency and high-quality service.
