With more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Katrina Karmas is one of Newcastle’s most respected and accomplished property management professionals. As Property Management Supervisor at Stone Real Estate, she leads and mentors the property management team while overseeing residential and commercial portfolios, operational performance and exceptional client service.

Having lived in Newcastle her entire life, Katrina possesses an unrivalled understanding of the local property market, its communities and the people who call it home. Her career began at just 16 years of age in her family’s real estate business, laying the foundations for a lifelong passion for property management and client care.

Katrina’s extensive career has spanned residential property management, commercial property management, trust accounting and senior leadership positions with some of the region’s most recognised agencies. This breadth of experience, combined with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, gives her a unique ability to understand people, navigate complex situations and build long-lasting relationships based on trust, empathy and clear communication.

A fully licensed Class 1 Real Estate Agent and REINSW member, Katrina is committed to maintaining the highest professional standards while continually developing her expertise. She is passionate about mentoring the next generation of property managers and believes that great property management is built on integrity, knowledge, proactive communication and genuine care for both property owners and tenants.
