With six years of experience in property management across Queensland and New South Wales, Mellisa Stevens brings a practical, no-nonsense approach to her role as Senior Property Manager at Stone Real Estate.

Mellisa is passionate about helping landlords achieve successful leasing outcomes while ensuring tenants receive the same level of care and attention. She particularly enjoys the leasing process and helping landlords find the right tenants for their properties.

Having lived in the Newcastle and Maitland areas since 2022, Mellisa has developed a strong appreciation for the region, from its exciting new suburban growth to its rich heritage and history. She enjoys building new relationships and prides herself on being approachable, reliable and willing to help whenever needed.
