Stone Real Estate, the fastest growing real estate network in Australia, is continuing its impressive nationwide rollout, establishing headquarters in the booming Moreton Bay region of south-east Queensland. It marks another network expansion for the award-winning brand, bringing to 8 the number of Stone offices now servicing the booming Queensland market.

Wednesday 12 April 2023 marks day one of official trading under the Stone Real Estate banner in North Lakes and Kallangur. Principals David and Teresa Bruce have made the switch from Ray White to Stone. The office of six will also include Sales Manager Lee Doyle and wife Dee, the dynamic duo from LJ Hooker consistently recognised by industry peers and clients as the best in the business.

The office will service the demographically diverse areas of Murrumba Downs, Mango Hill, Petrie, North Lakes, Dakabin, Kallangur and Griffin. With the median house price of $615,000, the area offers both ends of the spectrum for owner occupiers and investors with homes on the waterfront belt fetching upwards of $1.5m.

Mr Bruce, a 15 year veteran of the industry, said it was an easy decision to make the switch to Stone, given the brand’s commitment to work culture, industry excellence, customer service and cutting edge technology.

“Stone offers a breath of fresh air in the real estate industry, providing boutique service and a focus on customer values,” Mr Bruce said.

“As a boutique agency, Stone ensures the highest level of customer service and a personalised experience for all clients.

“With a finger on the pulse of technology, Stone is appearing on the market as a cutting-edge agency, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and value to its customers.

“Above all, the culture of Stone is exactly what we were looking for. There is genuine care for staff and customers. We’re delighted to have made the switch to Stone and believe we can carve out a unique niche for vendors and buyers across the growth corridor of Moreton Bay and beyond.”

Mr Bruce said the market was still assessing the recent interest rate moves from the Reserve Bank of Australia.

“Generally speaking, stock has been tight. That’s often the best time to sell when there is increased competition and demand. I think with the RBA putting rates on hold last week, it will act as a catalyst for positivity in the broader market.”

Stone Real Estate Head Of Franchise, Luke Cameron, said: “Queensland is a very important market for Stone, and we’re delighted to welcome David and Teresa as well and Lee and Dee into the Stone family.”

“They bring ambition and experience that adds significant presence to Stone Real Estate, and we look forward to seeing their business grow in the coming years.”

“Make no mistake – Stone is on the march across the East Coast of Australia and with great people like the Kallangur crew part of our network, the sky is really the limit for our brand in the years to come.”
